These are the weekly rental rates for 2011

 The rental charges include all the utility costs except for Xmas, March and April lets when heating (electricity) csots are added

 25% of the rental is payable on booking and the balance and  security deposit is payable 6 weeks before the visit. Payment may be made with cheques in Euros or GBPs

° A returnable security deposit of £100 is required for each booking. This is to cover any loss or breakages incurred during the rental period and any additional cleaning charges . The sum will be returned within 2 weeks after the rental period. The security deposit is payable with the balance, six weeks before the booking.

° Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental require full payment at the time of booking.

° March rentals will have an additional heating costs surcharge ( electricity charge for the rental period)

Changeover days

The usual changeover day is Saturday, though we can sometimes be flexible about this, just ask.

Chasselas is available from 4pm of the changover day and has to be vacated by 11am on the last day.
